Bedrock Business Finance was established in 2004 and has arranged over £100 million of commercial loans and mortgages for business property throughout the UK.

Both directors, Gary Spencer and Mark Crang have over 35 years combined experience in commercial finance having both been commercial managers with a leading high street bank.

Our knowledge and experience allows us to quickly assess your individual requirements and match these to the most appropriate lenders on the best possible terms. Our relationship with the commercial lenders means that we are able to obtain preferential terms on commercial finance which are passed on to our clients.

We do not charge any up front fees, and any fee agreed is only payable upon drawdown of the loan. For this reason we have to be confident we are sourcing the best possible terms on commercial finance and that our clients are happy with the service we have provided.

Gary Spencer

Gary established Bedrock Business Finance after spending 18 years with a major high street Bank.

As a Commercial Lending Manager for the Bank, Gary specialised in providing commercial loans, business mortgages and advice to hotel, guest house and licenced premises throughout Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Consequently Gary has extensive knowledge of the leisure industry and the finance options available.

Gary is a member of the British Institute of Innkeeping and also serves on the Executive of the Torbay Hospitality Association.

Mark Crang

Mark joined Bedrock in 2005 after 16 years with a major high street Bank. The majority of this time was spent arranging commercial finance to small and medium sized businesses.

Mark also spent 5 years within the asset finance industry and has extensive knowledge of funding plant & machinery, equipment, vehicles etc, as well as commercial property.

Dominic Walford

Dominic joined Bedrock from Commercial First, one of the leading commercial mortgage lenders, where he worked as a Business Development Manager maintaining and developing successful working relationships with introducers.

Dominic has also had considerable experience as a commercial mortgage broker and has won many awards during his years as a broker including The Financial Advisers "Overall Mortgage IFA Mortgage Broker of the Year" in 2005. His understanding of the broker market, commercial finance and the needs of our professional introducers will be invaluable to both Bedrock and our clients.
